Yes it is, most tier1 players couldn't afford to go because they had other events that they were playing with their actual teams, or even other plans in the personal lives perhaps + the "best" and "biggest" world cup we've had was WESG 2018 (liquipedia.net/counterstrike/World_Elect..), which still didn't include the best squads from most countries... "A world championship is generally an international competition open to elite competitors from around the world"

Are you stupid? 1. Not every nation attended WESG 2. A lot of tier1 players DIDN'T attend WESG (despite the huge prize money) 3. The definition of a WORLD CUP is literally a tournament where a bunch of different national teams attend it and NOT whether tier1 players attend/don't attend it 4. If a WORLD CUP was supposed to consist of ONLY tier1 players, then it would have at most 5-6 countries attending lmao

I would definitely not say "non-existent", more so inactive on HLTV lol MATYS is a must, 100% the best slovak player rn (that's not playing on a top30 team), other than that I'd say some of the other Sampi players and only after that I'd say M1key

since syrsoN is no longer in BIG you can add another BIG player. tabseN krimbo syrson spiidi/tizian jdc either go with spiidi and let him igl, or tabseN igl + tizian and if we take half germans into consideration we could take kairon instead of spiidi/tizian as well.

This is my feedback for Spain alex (MRS) + mopoz (MRS) -Martinez Sunpayus (ENCE) + AdamS (Nexus) -Plopski + DeathZz (no team) -Eastor Even if Martinez is the best player from MRS right now, there's a clear role clash between him and Sunpayus (also Eastor), I'd add mopoz lurking and leave Sunpa with the awp. AdamS has double nationality and can talk perfect spanish, on the other hand, Plopski being spanish is irrelevant, he said in interviews he can't talk spanish. And I'd also add Deathzz as the 5th player just because he already played in big stages and is a reliable anchor. Theres no much more decent spanish players out there, maybe that guy TiN cause he's 19yo and still have a high ceiling, put him as sub.

The roles make no sense though. The Romanian team already has a dedicated AWPer AND a secondary AWPer. In addition, we have many other better players available so I really don't get this team lol. But I guess it's something fun to do to waste some time, although it doesn't seem to me like the OP watches too much tier3-tier5 CS, not that there's anything particularly wrong with that.

Well, the team would need an actual IGL first of all, and unfortunately, BTN might be the least bad option (The only other option being fnk, whom has not shown too much potential and lacks experience overall). Then you would surely need a support element with x-factor potential since you already have a star aggressive rifler in lauNX, a more passive star rifler in iM and a strong supportive AWPer in regali, so you wouldn't want to fall into the same hole Sprout is stuck in right now with too many cooks in the kitchen. Therefore, I think the strongest Romanian national lineup would probably be: -BTN (IGL and experienced player) -adamS (strongest support player Romania has to offer, with a bit of international experience) -lauNX -regali -iM

Well, the second-best option for a support player would probably be Blytz, like in your original lineup. He offers the international experience and clutch factor necessary.

I like the project, but some teams really don't make a lot of sense role wise, for example Bulgaria has no IGL and 2 AWPers in it. But a cool idea on the project, maybe I will do my own version if I have some time to waste.
