That's the biggest thing nobody is talking about. It's pretty much impossible to smoke defuse now. Planting and defusing now requires all the enemies to be either dead or not able to view the bomb. Pro scene post plants will change a good bit.

I’m not entirely shure yet that a T can spam shoot an CT-smoke to make it disappear to a point smoke defuse won’t be effective.
To me, it seemed like that gap we see in the smoke after shooting is going to occur only if you’re inside or close to the smoke, to emulate the gas propelled from the chamber after a shot.

Also worthy to note the examples they gave were of shooting the edges of the smoke. Smoking the bomb you usually stand in the middle of the smoke where the density would be highest, meaning likely no holes from spam.
