I have not noticed anything; They may still carry the same smaller hitboxes as in CS:GO, but I swear the experience feels the same whether you're unskinned or with the FBI skin or the terrorist condom skin.

Yes, absolutely. Of course they must touch the netcode a bit and of course, the lag spikes for being a beta, but it just feels extremely fluid, smooth and precise. Personal opinion after playing two hours DM and 1 MM.
