Ask ENCE how to do it. Spinx, Snappi, dycha, maden and hades. In paper didn't look that good, but in practice worked like charm.

Ok you dont know what you are talking about. Ence was already a good team before hades and maden join. Its not like they put 5 players together at once, before hades they had allu and maden just join one year after. Maden adicttion was what made Ence top tier, but they were top 30 already.

Basically ENCE that roster combined oucast IGL, FPL star = Spinx, benched player from Sprout, AWPer from Wisla and space creater from tier 2 team. Does that sound like a top3 team?

I didnt said they didnt a good job. They did, but they didnt bought snappi spinx maden hades and dycha all at the same time. Its my point with this. Never a team put 5 random players a did good job. Ence grew throughout the time. They reached top30 with snappi spinx dycha. Then after adding hades they become more relevant and become top 20 and just after adding maden they become really good and reach top 3. It was not a one time experience it took time and more than just five players for ENCE to reach that level.
