If you go to their reviews, check their cs review and the press on the big thumb then it will show you their hours and past 2, i've tried it with a lot of tier 1 pros and It works as long as their reviews are public and they need to have a review of csgo the ones not mentioned but share teams with these players had either their reviews on private or no csgo review at all

This is HLTV's problem. If you say something you are X and if you say the other Y. If it is criticized that the female CS is dead, you are an incel. I think it's a combination of hours spent and physical obstacle, but I haven't made any actual research towards into it, just a speculation.

There are way fewer women than men who play cs so the top 0.01% of men will statistically be significantly more talented/skilled than its women counterpart

if it was a physical obstacle why are there female fighter pilots? why was NA historically so bad? why is the asian region so bad? why did BR teams move to NA to prac once they made their breakthrough? why is the best NA player playing in a EU team? why are koreans so much better in sc:bw than the rest of the world? the best sc and war3 non asian pros have moved and lived in korea so they could prac against the best and hopefully get on their level, and they did. if instead, they were offered a bunch of local EU or NA tourneys with large prize pools that were closed to foreigners i doubt players like grubby or tod would become legends of the game or have any chance against players like moon, lyn or sky. back to your question, in this case the underdog group has decided to self segregate under the pretext of oppression and instead of fading into obscurity they were glorified and fed money to perpetuate said segregation. for them to ever break through is as far fetched as an asian team winning a major in the current environment.
