I recommend adding a voice changing function in the settings because it might actually push people to use their mic and communicate with their teammates instead of just using chat. For example me I don't use my mic and I play using full instinct/intuition type of counter strike so I just look at the mini map to see where the little red dots are and kill the enemy players.
