your perception of tier 1 and 2 is definetely distorted, all those team he mentioned are tier 2, tier 3 are academy rosters and weak regions such as Asia, AU, majority of NA. Forze is also tier 2 team, top of tier 2 to be exact alongside BNE and IHC.
