Easier than you think actually. It just takes a bit of dedication from the early beginning and then just sticking to your routine while being consistent. But I understand that not everybody enjoys running. Props to you for doing it btw, keep it up))

when I did cross country in school despite being good at it and doing it for a while I always hated it and preferred mid-distance running

Thats really admirable. Idk what your training routine is like, but you should definitely think about implementing short fast-paced intervals to enhance your anaerobic capacity when aiming for these types of things. Anyway, sorry for the unsolicited advice, fingers crossed

nono, i dont mind the advice, i should be thanking you for it! it is highly appreciated. i will try implementing these within the grind to my goal. have a good day!

Thats a tough one. Initially, I'd just try to purely make a habit of running, not focusing on your time/distance, just regularly jogging for a couple of days. It's gonna suck and you're likely to feel like dying, but you'll definitely observe some improvement even day-to-day, let it motivate you. Once you have a habit around it and some basic physique, the options are endless, depending on your goal. If you're just trying to stay healthy & get some cardio, 5km 3-times a week should do that
2023-03-28 22:51
why are you running?
2023-03-28 22:17
Somewhere between 20-25 probably.

As in strength strongest I’ve ever been was when I was 17, I turn 19 in a few weeks and tbh I feel like I’m far away from hitting my peak yet. I’ve lost a lot of muscle mass since I was 17 tho, very lazy last few months.

15 or something along the lines. Used to be in actual solid shape back then, as I did multible different sports. Nowadays I would say I look better physique-wise, but I feel like shit every time I am forced to run longer amounts of time

Not overly. I think scaled to my age I am about equally as strong as I used to be. I just eat better and healthier nowadays so ig the physique comes from that and the small amout of concentrated workouts I still do. Dont get me wrong I am not that strong by any means. Most people prob could lift more then me, but I am pretty lightweight, so ig one would say I have more defined muscles nowadays.
2023-03-28 21:33
probably right now? started doing crossfit few weeks ago and I'll try to stay consistent

24 but nothing special happened till 25 so im expert on these things, when people think peak usually they think good looking body or beating up someone smaller like 16 year old idk with muscles Peak consists of these things 1. Peak doesnt matter if you ate poorly it wont last long 2. How much you can control non dominant hand 3. Routine schedule 4. How motivated 5. What from art sports can you do also for example many athletes can dance well maybe draw well idk right now but its not only thing 6. Did you cry during trainings for example its useless if you went out smiling everytime its a bit historical archelogical type shiite i think if you went out smiling your muscles didnt connect well with mind 6.2 you need set up your mind because if your mind isnt at peak its just dead muscles as if paralysed body then id say body mass matters a bit too

well im not english speaker native obviously but what i said its correct. Sadly you obviously not expert on sports of anykind you probably just lvl 6 faceit tryhard fatty or skinny with glasses :) you wont know ever in your life joy at beeing at your best body shape and not the meaning that you stopped eating mcd for two days and its less terrible than before ,but like your body cant go anymore on some specs because its already the best you will never feel that because you been brainwashed by some ads and so on to eat terrible food :)

look btw i know what u saying 12 year old , but if you never trained so hard to get injury and cry on it while healing you can flex whatever you want you not advanced and if you did that you would improve ten times more than happyly jumping in gym with bigmac in hands everytime.

Bro i know i picked wrong audience, do you know there is consious and subconcious mind for example if you train well it gets written to your subconcious mind people are better over others not because nike logo and more hours of training but people unlock subconcious potencial write stuff into mind easier learn it and things like crying is add up to the mix, on youtube video its called hypnosis for champions. It explains this but from different angle i think. / you just explained to me that you dont know hypnosis at all in any way im not interested in your messages my friend.

Working towards it now Currently 20, dropped 20lbs while maintaining my strength, end goal is 163lbs/74Kg, so I can say I dropped 2 powerlifting weight classes Current numbers, S- 180Kg/396lbs, B- 112.5Kg/248lbs, D- 160Kg/353lbs Really wanna get the deadlift up, but due to life shit I've been missing a lot of pull days and focusing more on squat and bench. Also wanna push my squat up to 400lbs(182.5Kg) and bench to 250(115kg)
