It's "overplayed" for a reason, it's the best map. Really balanced, just the good amount tactical (not very tactical like Nuke but not non-tactical like Dust2), retakes are possible on both sides so you don't have to save all the time like on Inferno, there is quite a lot you can do solo when on a map like Nuke it's hard to alone take outside, ramp or A site control and since it's been on the game for super long everyone knows how to play it so you rarely have to play with people who have no idea what to do like you can have those games on newer/less played maps.
