Maybe you're drinking too much tyskie.
did your pulse go up while typing the subject title?
When I clutch my pulse goes down.
smoke and play arms race or some shit between matches
try managing your breathing while playing. especially in tense moments. slow deep breaths
Just don't say you'll play alone ramp and you'll be fine next time
well same thing for 15 years, it's just you can't handle fucking adrenaline and control yourself. I don't think there is any fix for it
Average around 30, but I hike the tallest mountains on the planet for a living.
when i clutch and shake and sweat
mine is about 100 while resting and about 150 after i walk to the kitchen
I just play both with the same, pulse, both only games, never angry, never insulting.
Legit same problem for me.
I know that when I could just be chill in cs I would be much better but for some reason I always get too nervous even though I don't have bad aim.
Feels like I'm standing in my own way and I hate it.
I'm really struggling with staying calm during games. It's really bothering me
Measure your blood pressure, pulse is irrelevant
i have high pulse when i am clutching, every damn time
70 pulse when zombie attacking. 70 pulse is fine but its funny that a zombie increases your pulse by 20 bpm
