Everytime i watch them he always sell his mates, hunt to deep on ecos etc. You can literally see that he cares more about his hltv ranking than winning the game some times.
Having that mentality at the highest level just aint acceptable. And doing it with great team players like gla1ve, xyp, and Device is nothing but ignorant.

The rating is alright but it looks remarkably bad, and is noticably a problem in games.
That's the problem - you don't watch Astralis games. Gla1ve has no excuse to not frag lol. The days of the "IGL excuse" are over. IGLs either frag consistently to make it a 5v5 match or they don't and their team will end up losing if any of their 2-3 star players have an off day.

The only statistically 'ok' IGLs are the ones that are currently AWPing spare electroNic who shouldn't be IGL in the first place and TabseN who shares the 'star rifler forced to IGL' story
HooXi is absolute dead weight at 0.86
Karrigan puts up 0.95
nitr0 is on 0.91
apEX is at 0.93
Snappi is on 0.95
Dexter is at 0.92
And Aleksi is on 0.91
Gla1ve is at 0.99 he carries his weight compared to others
The only exception is really mezii at 1.02 and what he makes up for in firepower he lacks in tactics

Faze most likely. The org is in financial turmoil and in desperate need of liquidity, the contracts associated with the roster are relatively old so the buyouts would be fairly reasonable.
Picking up the FaZe roster would also mean a spike in jersey sales and guaranteed sticker money, especially considering the new peak player counts that the game will reach around the CS2 major.

TSM doesn't have that much money, they literally said it gonna take longer because it will take more investment than others E-sports. They can afford to buy BNE or others teams like that.

given the runs at this major and TSM wanting to pay for partner spots I think we could see them snatching players from these upset teams.
Siuhy from GL for IGL is the obvious choice, wouldn't rule out kyxsan though, probably wouldnt get Thomas or Woro
Acor/Nawwk are both solid choices for awp, I'd go Nawwk personally
Not sure about the rifler roles for any of these teams, but any 3 from Cypher/volt/Jl/Jkaem/iM/sdy/Boros could be good.
