the seedings are based on the last major and then its calculated based on the closed qualifiers placement valve doesnt look at hltv ranking, they even made their own

that's because of the playoff teams vp, navi, mouz, and fnatic are all in A so they get the majority of the legends spots. 3 of them are in B for Spirit, C9 and heroic, and 1 in NA for Furia. Still makes the dogshit unbalancing more nonsense.
