Im playing csgo with like 170-220 fps
with this setup (on low settings and 16:9 High res) :
-CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
-GPU: AMD Radeon 5700 XT Sapphire Pulse
-RAM: DDR4 16 gb 3600 mhz
-Mainboard: MSI B450
-Power Adapter: Be quiet! pure power 11 600W
-Hard Disk: Nvme SSD 1TB
Now I want to upgrade to get to like static 400+ fps
So what should I upgrade?

u have to do something with ur mobo first if u want to change to this cpu , it cant handle all this heat , r5 5600 can do enough for u , unless u want exactly 400fps+ all the time

Just take 5800x3d, you have it on Mindfactory for 289 euro that is the cheapest price right now. What motherboard do you have now? B450 is okay you don't need to change it, all you have to do is update your BIOS so your motherboard supports 5000 series. Can you please write here your motherboard model and also what CPU Cooler do you have ?

You can put 5800x3d on that motherboard no need to change , but you need to buy a decent CPU cooler becuase x3d is a bit hot and you don't get cooler in box when you buy it. Ryzen 5600 would be fine also but 5800x3d is really the best option for you, so if you have money and want to buy it go for it. Can you just write here you PC Case so I can recommend you a CPU cooler?

Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 should be the best price/performance option for you. Your PC case has 161mm cpu cooler clearance and this one is 157mm. your balls to produce more testosterone and stop playing videogames. Spend this money to buy some flowers and nice gift for your mother and you'll never regret it
