the two that would make the most sense are Headtrick or Aleksib.
Headtrick has been very inconsistent and isnt really up to the standard that NiP need.
Aleksib on the other hand has struggled since starting on this team, Hampus was the old IGL so it makes sense to swap back.
Ultimately it'll most likely be Headtrick out as changing an IGL just before the major will be a quick way for them to be out.

+ 1 Honestly shocked everyone is calling for headtrick or konfigt lmao. How has nobody else came to this conclusion?? Brollan has been SO BAD recently.

Indeed. k0nfig is like a better version of brollan. By no means is k0nfig like a super good player either but he's def more impactful than brollan.

Hampus may come back after the major during the shuffle period so we'll most likely see this roster post Paris Major.
Personally I see -Brollan happening if hampus returns
Aleksib stays cause he's still a relatively fresh addition and hampus loves him
k0nfig cause 2.5 year contract is a long time and literally newest addition
headtr1ck cause he's slowly going up in form
hampus (if he does come back)
REZ cause he handsome I guess
Personally I feel like NiP need to remove both REZ and Brollan and maybe return es3tag as a support player and they try to scout their own version of NertZ/stavn to have a solid rifle to play around.
Any thoughts?

I think REZ transitioning into more of a support role would make a lot of sense. There's some truth to the meme that "support role is for those who can't aim", so it would make a lot of sense for a player who lacks consistency to raise his floor when it comes to having impact in the game. REZ strikes me as a guy who doesn't have that star player ego at all that would get in the way of playing a supportive role, so I think this would be possible. And if he can be good in that role, the inconsistency doesn't matter as much. On the contrary, he would be one of the sharpest support players aim-wise.

Current lurker role of Rez doesn't suit him or he isn't used to it yet they need to have good passive player to close out round like ropz ,kscerato,etc.

Not if they can get better player than him .
As I've seen so far they already are trying to make him anchor more on CT and just doing whatever is needed on T side. It's not much of an example since they only really play Vertigo and Mirage but he's usually always alone on B site.
This is to help facilitate k0nfig and Brollan to do wackier things but my main problem is that when the going gets tough its always been REZ and Brollan that drops in the scoreboard and maybe its unfair since they seemingly keep shuffling roles and trying to make everyone comfy but I find it criminal that REZ who does have aim not be able to be consistent or impactful majority of the time.
And besides this is the last CS major so I'd rather they once more refresh with 2 better riflers and then use the period in between to crush any kinks in the system and just learn to go kill rather than overly trying to compensate with protocols.
Imagine if they get mezzii in place of REZ being an anchor and no longer having to IGL or maybe scoop up a kair0n while he's free to do what Brollan does but more frequently.

Since NIP bought Brollan for so much under a year ago I don't think he will get kicked, k0nfig also just got signed and is playing pretty well, headtr1ck has been improving and is only a rookie so giving him more time would be smart. hampus should either replace Aleksi or Rez and imo would make more sense for him to replace Rez since he was only the IGL because he had to and doesn't enjoy it that much
you want to kick nip's only agressive player beside aleksib sometimes? if someone goes it has to be brollan or rez or 3rd option aleksib but those 2 have been massively underperforming for a while

Brollan. He has been as inconsistent as Rez, doing a lot of stupid mistakes where opponents just catch his flank or back somehow when he's supposed be entry, so first to come in. Maybe put him in Young Ninjas, he's still only 20. Or sell to Godsent, people keep talking how not being in full-swedish destroyed him, that will be the proof of it.
Rez himself to anchor as the most expirienced and, well, inconsistent for big fragging roles.
