(shower thought) So basically nowadays we only see ESL, Blast and PGL (if it is a major) What happened to Eleague, Starladder, starseries, ECS and etc. I am tired of having the repeat of Iem Cologne, Iem Katowice, World Final, Spring Final, Fall final. Just a rollercoaster of the same events (with a few exceptions) My favourite event organisers is peanut

Starladder is out of money, probably same with ELEAGUE. ESL and Faceit merged so no more ECS. Long story short, I guess.

ECS is Faceit which is basicly ESL now.Idk what exactly happened to Eleague and Starladder,probably financial reasons.

Over time the circuit has developed into a proper season. Kato is kinda like the kick off event, the 2 Major cycle are the season splits, with Cologne in between them, and BLAST World Final is kinda like the end of the season.

Idk if I would say it's boring, it's just not as spontaneous anymore. A proper season allows for teams to more properly asses where they stand roster wise, etc. The only thing I don't really like about it is how few opportunities there are for tier 2 to play against tier 1.
