Overall looking great, apart from the PSU. You are essentially paying ~€100 extra just for that LED in the corner. I suggest going for a tried and true EVGA P6 unit that will do the job as good, if not better, while being 30-40% cheaper.
And for the money saved, check if you can get your hands on either F5-6000J3038F16GX2-TZ5N or F5-6000J3038F16GX2-FX5. While not super important for an X3D part, it's still nice to have a kit with tighter timings, and will provide a ~2-5% FPS boost for a marginal increase in price.
As for the case - Torrent is designed for and comes with their uncommon 180mm fans. While they are by no means bad, i suggest going for Meshify 2 that properly supports 140mm and shove those 140mm noctuas in it. If you are hellbent on Torrent, then you don't need to purchase the 140mm fans, as in addition to 180mm, the case comes with fractal's 140's as well (maybe get 1 additional 140mm fan for the rear exhaust tho).
That CPU cooler is an amazing performer, and should fit your case, but you WILL have RAM clearance issues, so try to get the lower profile flare X5 modules. You will probably need to offset the front fan a bit to make room for the RAM sticks, but it should be fine. Worst case scenario, you can mount the fans in pull configuration (instead of the default push), so that the front fan does not obstruct the RAM slots.
Can't say much for the mobo, looks fine, but haven't built on it myself. But get a couple of PWM Y splitters for your fans (1to3 and a 1to2 in the case of stock Torrent), as the motherboard only has 3 case fan PWM headers, while you are installing it in a case that comes with 5 fans out of the box.
But regardless, this should be a sick build :)
