if your players doesnt have respect to igl, the team never gonna work
look at GL for example, siuhy is one of the youngest igl's on the t1/2 scene right now while has older players on a team, he still can lead that team, simply cuz players (team) has respect to him and listen to him

Idunno why they don't just let hunter IGL and get another strong rifle, he's clearly taking the reigns in the midround a lot,talks a lot during timeouts and more than a few of his teammates have endlessly mentioned how smart he is. Too bad they're probably just going to play IGL roulette again...

Monesy still have a great potential and his progress on tier 1 level is obvious. Jks playing stable and confident. But about Kovac brothers... Idk where here could be a great solutions. So much time play together and only 1 top tournament win. May be adding a hungry to win and talented young players can be a good move? Kovac's are so good and experienced guys, but... Repeating, idk how to be a best solution, but org can risk here and taking all gold. Hooxie, no interesting here to think, he is simply bad. Imaging Siuhy on IGL, Boros and maybe Zorte here, Monesy on the rifle. Or Frozen... Some combines looking interesting, on the first CS2 big tournament, we will see, probably, a completely new G2.
actual fix will be in their and their socia media guy minds. There are jinxing every tournament, saying shit about easy vs anybody, Then they are sad after lose saying nothing happened. Players should concetrate on every match, even if they would play against #200 hltv team because they thought they already in playoffs. They are skilled, they are capable of winning everything but they underestimate majority of worse teams.
