I don`t blame npl, I understand that he is under very big pressure and I wish all best for him, but he can`t really develop in Navi, on this positions. Yeah, maybe the need to keep him for at least the end of csgo, but Navi really lacking igl, and the only player who can be replaced is npl
I don't think hooxi gonna be kicked. They seem to fit very well on the team, and hooxi is good IGL. Not everyone has to be star player, and also it's not like he get 2 kills every match.

as much as i love navi, s1mple need a rest. idc if a permenent one or just some months, but he despertly needs one.

i never change my flair, why i cant criticize the team if something wrong with the team that i support?
navi should probably get rid of npl, look for an actual IGL, it pains me to have electronic be the igl when the guy who's supposed to be fragging is npl
ENCE needs a psychologist (or a better one)
G2 needs a system change, probably, not necessarily a player change
MOUZ should look for another awper that isn't torszi and give it a try, or shuffle something in there to break their plateau
Grayhound could try +AZR, dunno the effects for that though
OG needs to get rid of neofrag
FURIA needs to get rid of arT, grab someone else for the role or remove another player and shift arT into a hard entry
fnatic is "fine", though they should figure out a way to activate FASHR more
and NIP, no matter their results this major, should urgently find another rifler to replace Brollan imo

then they need to find another, someone who works differently with that squad, because when things are clicking with them they're exceedingly strong, but it seems that more often than not some of them are simply not on their a-game

Send s0mple back to liquid, yekindar to G2 (replace niko). Both navi and g2 have problems because of huge ego "star" players. Maybe s0mple will feel motivated in a new team, niko can coach while yekindar frags.
Navi -electronic -Perfecto, C9 -sh1ro - Ax1le and going under an old organization who has a lot of money and is making a comeback *wet dream intensifies*
Navi will either -s1mple or -everyone but s1mple
I don't think most big teams will make changes, although I have a feeling S1mple might leave NAVI. Maybe G2 will force Hooxi to work on his aim so he can get more kills and help the team. I think Hampus and Nexa might return soon. Only big team I see making changes right now are Furia and maybe Faze since Twistzz was talking about burnout.
Edit: (Now that I think about it maybe JACKZ to Vitality?)
