definitely heroic. there were no chokes from liquid since there is not even a good form from them.

heroic ofc, last round on inferno, they had a lot of utilities, they could use and dont care about 40s bomb play and the cash gain on it, because was last round cadian pushed the construction and everything went wrong

Hard to say, Heroic are known chokers in playoffs so I can't say Im surprised. On the other hand, Liquid was always an inconsistent team, but were on a momentum shift, but they still went out without getting 1 map.

It is not a coinflip as long as teams not playing on the same level, it's just def 1-1 and decider being played. Does this impact some outcomes? Yes. Is this a big deal? No, especially when qualification/elimination matches are BO3. The main point against it I see on HLTV is "bbbut oUr tiEr OnE tEaMs are llliminateeeed cUz oF thaaaat, weeeee dOnT waaaant nEw FaCes weeee waaaaant only karrigan, cadiaN, Niko, s1mple and ZywOo" crying again and again. I was skeptical about BO1 for a while and thought Professeur is wrong when he praised it, but after Rio and this major I changed my mind, it is the most exciting format and it not hurts the outcomes significantly as long as there are B03's afterwards. If team is good like Liquid or GL they are able to comeback, if team is bad, nothing will save it

If the top8 was c9, liquid, faze, g2, vitality, heroic, furia, navi most people wouldnt complain you are right. I would still hate bo1s. Theyre dogshit. Removes so many key aspects of the game. I wont change my mind

that last wide peek from cadian at coffins was so unnecessary bro.... im not saying that was the only fault.... they all made mistakes.... but if they played with the utility they had they would won the round easily.... i know thats what the casters said , i dont want to be a smartass but its the truth....

they did choke, round 30 on inferno, cadian push was trash, they had flash and knew about the 2 GL players, they could defuse the bomb, because the cash didnt mather, was last round
