Pretty hard to put aleksi that high considering his stins in G2 & NIP. But I also think with the right team he could do wonders, but adaptability is a big factor in being a good igl

yeah I see your point but it feels like he has just been in either OG with little firepower and not that smart players or G2 that didn't give him more than 6 months and still had role issues with jackz on the team then finally nip with constant roster changes and role issues still a problem
I want to see him in a team where the roles makes sense and he doesn't have t2 players and they don't shuffle players left and right for once.
Could be copium from my side though.

Again, I think he could do great with the right players, but I doubt he will ever get the chance to do that. NIP is a shitshow and they will never win anything with this roster, he won't get a team like FaZe or G2 again. Imo his best shot is to get a finnish team back to the major, there are some talents that could do good under him.

People forget that Jame IS the team and he is one of the most revolutionary IGLs in the game, Art and Jame created the foundations of modern CS which other teams have build upon. You can divide the IGLs into James and Arts, Methodic and Aggressive. The best IGLs of this last CSGO era are the one's who can balance both approaches, like Karrigan, Cadian and Apex.
