Ur baiter or stupid? Its cause of his ex cheating in him he didnt wanna play so nip had no choice. And device replaced nawwk and when nawwk found out it was device replacing he didnt even was mad anymore because he knows device as one of best awpers of all time. What he was mad at tho that nip ripped him off of his sticker money that belonged to him.(probably needed that money to buyout device lol)

Brollan seems just as hopeless as those 2, he was good 3 years ago, he doesn't have the mentality, he's given up on himself, plenty of guys just like him, sergej, woxic, kids who fell and never got up, he won't either

his ceiling is tier2, he's a very solid tier2 player, but he won't change anything about this failing project, he never did either, only little bright spot for NIP in the past 6/7 years was when they had just gotten device, and tbh that was just rlly unfortunate for NIP the way that played out but that lightning won't strike again

U cant say hes tier 2 back then he did decent against tier 1 individually in fact better then rez. They was playing with plopski in his slump and rez one of most inconsistent players. Hampus or even any player probs not gonna fix nip as they are cursed for so many years lol but he for sure would make some other teams better. Plus he didnt want to igl that much

I’d say since 2017. Despite losing to low-tier teams at open qualifiers for the minors, they were still a contender in tier 1 tournaments and were able to win iem oakland 2017. I think nip getting lekr0 and hampus instead of actual igls fucked up nip, especially Rez.

Reduce the salaries of players except headtrick and watch how they start to practice and improve. Rez from inconsistent bot to better then Niko. K0nfig goes first but even faster insta taps into enemy. Brollan back to his top 20 form. And tell aleksib if he aint working harder allu is coming for him.

I don't think many better projects than fnatic would consider HooXi, seems like a fine igl but he's always gonna average 0.80, it's just not enough, there's a big difference between a low fragging igl like apEX who averages like 0.90/95 and someone like HooXi who is steadily at 0.80 when it comes to Big Events, it's really too much of a burden

there's a HUGE difference between Apex and Hooxi. Apex and Karrigan are usually bottom fraggers that every now and then drop 20 and top frag a dominant half for their teams. I never saw hooxi doing well on a loss, I've seen Apex and Karrigan carrying their teams kicking and screaming trying to do something even when they lose. They don't disappear when things get bad, they usually step up. That is the difference between tier 1 and tier 2 IGLs.

Brollan is great, but he is the mid of the pack player, you can't have him as your main star. Rez is at best a second star, like that player that pops up and solos a map for you every now and then. Konfig is Konfig, can't rely on him, who you expect to carry this team? Headtrick? There's only one solid consistent repeatable player to rely on and its Alexi, he always fails. If you want to fail, then this is the perfect recipe
they need a solid team with solid roles, they havn't had that for years.

everyone missing shots on every tier, and without watching demo of every tier 1 awper youll not understand how much they miss. headtr1ck is not so bad with awp as u think, just casters show his missed shots more often than others, just unlucky.
In one of his interview in navi, he said something like "I dont want to be a rifler, i feel better with awp"

Yeah f0rest is old, but he clicks more heads than anyone else and will bring in hype and sponsors. And I am his biggest fan. I think brollan is still good, but he needs the right environment.
Would have liked to see heap in a team and how he'd develop, but he completely disappeared. Imo he was promising. Idk about isak for brollan. isak good player, but nothing special. Would give brollan a chance at least. REZ had enough chances. Give him a new environment with compeletely new people. Maybe he will reinvent himself and come back stronger. Even if they don't win anything. If they qualify and reach playoffs, maybe couple semifinals I'd be hyped.
NIP is not a bad team. They may lose a few matches online, but they qualified for major (many tier-1 teams didn't) and they were a few rounds away from advancing to major play-offs, so stfu. Give them time.

They lost both maps in overtimes after Apeks comebacks. It's a new team, they played together only Katowice, Rio and Major, and they play better every lan they attend, so it's not an inconsistency but a growth.

As a team's IGL u should work on ur calling and tactics instead of crying over teammates' performance.
They haven't reached a single playoffs this year.
There is no way Nawwk would join NIP unless they paid him a lot of money in advance. They shafted him before, what's stopping them from doing it again?

NIP is a team that just needs confidence. They have the caliber but when the caliber is stopped by the strict system they will crumble when its their set pieces that are failing and not individuals. Their mid-rounds are so system based that in all honestly Aleksib needs to practise spontaenous mid round calls, otherwise his piece by piece plays are just the easiest counters.
They can be fixed in many ways:
1. Bring in Snappi as IGL and remove Aleksib and they immediately improve a lot
2. Bring in sjuuhy as IGL and iM (as entry instead of K0nfig, move Brollan to riffle) and they improve a lot
3. Bring in an aggressive awp-er such degster (any other would work as well, i.e SunPayus), instead of the least impact awper in the top 30 (check the leked stats)
4. Improve on a cheap: bring in ztr as IGL and Nilo as support instead of aleksib and k0nfig

Brollan cant be kicked because he is the best aimer on the team. Ztr as support is a good idea, not sure how good would he be though. As for “why nilo as support”, this team did not even give him the chance as a stand in but choose maxter who is not even close to nilo in terms of skills, so giving nilo the chance to play for the main roster as a support would definitely be a good news for him

K0nfig was a big star, brollan was a future star and a star at a short time and rez showed at oakland he could bit never realized it.
