sorry but i dont think that qikert and norbert are good enough. Kairon was looking better than norbert but dont had the experience you need for t1. They need two other players.

They are a part of a really big ru shuffle (literally every team has to make changes), so expect a wave of changes and drama (even more than the French shuffle I think)
