"i never seen entry from sniper in this roster" One of the dumbest things you can do with the AWP is try to go for entries. On the CT side, yes, but on the T side it's just straight up stupid. It is the sole reason why the G2 roster with Aleksib at the helm didn't work. They tried to use m0nesy (a much better AWPer than Jame, at least mechanically) as an entry regularly.

And on a more serious note: Jame's style has just become too predictable, he needs to adjust. But after this team kicked Kairon I really don't have high hopes, Flit and Fame should honestly try their best to find a new, better team because VP right now seems like a sinking ship, unrescuable

Passive AWPing is just more rewarding in the current meta, Jame has to adjust his style a bit and he's gonna be a beast again, he is just more mechanically skilled than W0nderful, at least for now... because of course it could change.

Literally no one ever blames ropz, because even from a lurker role he supports his team. The only person from this list that knows that sometimes you need to go aggressive as a lurker to help your team. He doesn't deserve the blame, because he actually makes an impact.

in this roster big problem is jame, hes always throwing nades not trying to find entry always behind whole team and this calls, what reason of these good rifles if they are just cant push to somewhere? Genuine question, have you played a competitive 5v5 game of CS before?

I think Jame will retire soon. He won a major, made a questionable roster change (justified by playoffs at katowice?), reverted the roster IN THE MIDDLE of an RMR, dropped out of IEM Rio and IEM Dallas, and hasn’t even won a map in the Betboom tourneys (sure, Betboom = who cares, but he may as well try since it’s all his team has for these months). He already has his JAMETIME legacy, plus it’s hard to compete due to his nationality, and I think he got married recently. His org isn’t helping with the roster, and it looks like he may just be giving up. Sad to see from one of my fav players.

I doubt the mid-tournament roster change was his idea. And why tf would he retire? You can hardly get an easier way of living than being an esports player. I think he should go to another team and try his hands in another environment, but surely not retire.

Winning one major doesn't suddenly justify the slow style when you lose to teams like 1WIN that wouldn't make it through an RMR yet. The slow style got catched up with, that's all. Change is needed.

VP always have been a playoff team and they rarely get knocked out in groups. Right now VP is in a slump and there is uncertainty around the roster. Jame also has influenced the meta a lot. VP also don't have any partnerships with blast or esl. Jame also doesn't get to buy any player he wants. He is doing good with pieces he has.
