Lost me at “was more dominant in the server” You had a good point but decided to ruin it with this nonsense - s1mple has on record the highest peak seasons of all time in 2018 to 2021 - Placed top 1 while in a slump (2022) -Won his major against tougher opposition without dropping a single map (1.47 rating, higher than JWs majors against more developed meta) -most mvps in history -most mvps in a single year -highest rating ever in big events all time

Lol no, even if we consider fear factor and ask every single player that has played against JW and s1mple Over 75% of them will say s1mple was more dominant and fear inducing, teams would literally antistrat with the goal of avoiding s1mple, and run to the other side of the map when hearing an awp shot

Once again using hltv as evidence, anyone who watched anything knows hltv top 20 is terrible way to compare players, jw and friberg never getting a top 1 is probably the most obvious example, as if you watched cs back then you would agree they were the best players in the world.

Nobody cares who is the best player when they farmed players that worked part time jobs and SK meta change didn’t even occur yet. s1mple had a far better peak than JW (6 TIMES) eye test wise and “hltv as evidence” too. You must’ve skipped the last 7 years of CS. s1mple dominated the scene HARDER for 7 years POST SK meta and during PRIME ASTRALIS, not against bots who working part time jobs and buying their own plane tickets.
