This is one of the reasons why any AI needs to have a tightly defined scope under which it is able to operate. If we start developing AIs that are able to do anything to maximize their utility function then we will eventually have a terminator situation. But that is easy to prevent by just using a bit of common sense when designing what the AI can and cannot do.

this is where problem is, if AI is convinced through social engineering to fool itself to do something while it thinks it's not doing it, it will fail to do the proper judgment because it's not concious of it

That's why AI should be a tool for decision making and not allowed to make decisions on its own. You let the AI give its input, and ignore it if so required. And you also have to be careful with what data you give the AI access to. If you design the system carefully the worst thing that can happen is that the AI just doesn't give useful input.
