Guy is just making sure he is making extra money on the sideline and preparing for the longterm future of content creation , you can't blame him , especially with how csgo scene is working these days , you can get droped by any team to these new upcoming 14 yo talents.
the only way for him to actually start focusing tbh is if they -hooxi , maybe by then he will start winning titles and actually making money from those instead of content creation

You can both like and criticize a player. I really like the xyp for example, but my love for him will not change the fact that he has been one of the worst tier 1 player in the last 3 year. Rightfully kicked from the main team.
Niko ofc is still a beast player but deep in your mind you know that he must have some impact in his team results, especially in majors. It cant be that niko is that unlucky.

Because your happiness from what you perceive as his misery is not happiness.
Those who bring others down are very VERY down them selves. Finding pleasure in other's misfortune is truly the most miserable way to live.
But again, is he struggling? Not financially, his work hours are normal, he travels, has gf he loves, plays with his cousin and monesy who is probably going to be in the next goat contention.

I'm not as interested in finances as you seem to be, but I'm sure niko has enough money. niko has dedicated his past 10 years to achieve success in counter strike. and on the way he has actively tried to ruin many of the greatest teams ever. he failed to reach the ultimate success, to win a major. and that gives me great pleasure

my claims are in stats, end of 2021 Niko is the highest peak of any CSGO player ever over such a long period of time.

It could be burnout from working too hard to reach those consistency records, with Hooxi it could be latent mourning which sometimes happens with people.
it could be nothing and they are just having a natural dip after a high they've had.
Or it could be G2's management being actually smoothbrain and making changes again for some reason.
