why does everyone think that every team strives to win a major and create a major winning team, matter of the fact is that mouz are punching way above their weight the last year or so if with 3 academy players

dexter might be the issue. acor and torzsi have done practically nothing while playing with dexter as igl. look at acor now, though. doing much better. what do you guys think? perhaps dexter just needs to give the awper more room to breathe.

Sadly - torzsi +good awper. Maybe regali. But at this point they can just try some FPL prospect.

-torzsi +smooya or any awper that does not crumble on stage, -dexter is probably an option too, he's a decent IGL but his personal performance ranges from almost good enough to really really bad which is simply not enough for Tier 1 I would also say coaching change and perhaps some management and other staff changes should happen too, imo the state MOUZ is in is mostly the result of mismanagement

I see 3 possible scenarios: 1. stay as it is All are young guns and the first year T1 was not consistent at all but with some impressive peaks like SF @ a major and 2nd place @ Dallas. Sure some pretty weak results in between but to be honest it’s from my point of view exactly what you can expect from a young lineup which are getting used to T1 CS. I feel like overall this lineup fits to Mouz history of being a top10ish team with some peaks from time to time. Maybe overall what you can expect for mouz as an org 2. -dexter +IGL He got 2-3 years with some peaks and some very low performanes individuell and as a team. It comes down to the question if you are fine with solution 1 as an org or if you want to change sth. I think -dexter is only an alternative if they can bring back/buy shuiy or nexa. I don’t see an other upgrade for IGL that could help currently. And even shuiy would make the team younger/inexperienced.. not particularly a problem but something that has to be considered (even so the communication in DAL was always about lacking identity and not about lacking experience) 3. -torszi +new awp Maybe the most obvious possibility as Torszi is overall not performing like expecting from T2 time and awp is in modern cs essential to put up numbers. For me most obvious choice if you want to change something but only if you can get degster (which I doubt) or another impressive AWP. I personally would probably stick with torszi if the alternatives are „only“ players like regali or mhl… If they change dexter to shiuy i would stay with torszi to see if he becomes awesome again like in mouz nxt Summary: I personally would stick with the lineup as they are still young and I see mouz not as an org that can built up a lineup that can constantly play for T1 titles - even so it would be a dream for all mouz fans. But I would go for half a year more with the lineup and check 2024 for upgrades - because with CS2 there might be changes in the community overall and I would therefore prefer to give this lineup 6 more month and get an overall feeling for talents within CS2!

some of the possible changes I could see happening: -torszi +sl3nd/forssy/regali -dexter +chr1zn (if they want to use academy players) +siuhy/sdy or even in some weird universe they make xertion IGL, which then would be -dexter +nexius/jimphatt -JDC +jimphatt or they just make no changes and will stay inconsistent

-dexter (obvious) + siuhy / nexa, need a fragging igl these days even just to keep up with navi or heroic - torzsi + h4rn (most over looked and underrated awper in whole t1 scene, cant believe cerq and poizon got gigs in NA orgs and this guy didnt) i do like xertioN... iM would still be an upgrade in terms of consistency but i dont mind keeping xertioN just to keep some of the chemistry theyve built with frozen and jdc its a solid core
