People don't realize that they're blind fans and will do all sorts of mental gymnastics to defend a washed out player/IGL

His calling isnt good enough to justify all mistakes he makes in his individual play.

You can't be sure when making changes at this level, so they gotta make a great choice if they were gonna replace karrigan. It reminds me of the zeus situation, after he retired from navi it's not like they were right away as successful as they were before. It took navi 2 more years to have their best year yet and win a major. But it did happen so of course if theres a good replacement they should go for it, karrigan is just way too outclassed in t1

Yeah, I have to agree with this point.
You can't think about IGL swapping in Faze without thinking about the authority that karrigan has as a person in Faze. He's the one that got Faze out of the slump after he came back into the roster, he's the one that lead the team to multiple finals, victories, IGS and a major.
However, the personal performance and outdated approach to a lot of maps tactically is really starting to show under karrigan's leadership right now. Hence, if we were to completely ignore the authority factor, I would really like to see how faze could look under someone like siuhy or another high fragging, new-gen IGL.
