I also think building around Hype is a great idea! His probably top 3 AWPer in Sweden and also good IGL which we lack. Getting Hype and a good support in Krimz, Es3tag or Isak and I think you have a really good base to try players in! Hype IGL/AWP Krimz (support) Hampus (lurk) Plopski (Entry) Susp/Chawzyyy (star) Both Susp/Chawzyyy are gambles, but I think they would pay off!

impossible to make swedish t1 team only chance to develop something in t3/t2 is when hampus and krimz take some youngsters with them. and not joel pls, this guy is the biggest meme. guy is nothing special and low tier player, he is the joelz type (look at the names, coincidence? i don't think so) and the nip academy kids failed in higher tiers. as i said only chance is to develop something over a long time.

my friend there are DOZENS of players who have a period of shiny matches in low tier CS but it doesn't mean much. most fail to prevail, only time will tell. and even if they somehow make it into the real competition it's a whole different game and level. just because you look beast in low tier doesn't mean you have everything to be a proper t2/t1 player. look at torszi, hyped, headtr1ck etc. what they do now and how they played in their previous teams. it's not that easy

I have a hard time seeing Sweden becoming a powerhouse again. One big problem imo is the swedish CS mentality. -Young players thinking they are better than they are. -Old players where/are (like in football) occupying the spots and young players not getting the chance. -No real talent or interest in the community
