Tbf you have to rate them on many events. So, Karrigan = good igl, even if he is not at his prime (as an igl). Also, he is not also the pressure on LAN. Apex = proved to be at least decent. Hooxi = his leadership is really based on hyping his teammates. Rn, it is not working. Snappi = proved to be a decent caller, a decent player and a decent leader. Cadian = similar to snappi, but he is more imposing an unique style of cs siuhy = proved to be the next generation of igl, but honestly, Idk if he can reproduce this kind of performance in an another team. Aleksib = bring nice strats, but his stuff are most of the time only good on papers art/nafany/dexter are really average igl iMO. Tabsen is a fragger, but his style relies on super complex preparation and he tends to limit his players more than anythign else

Id say aleksis strats are good for a round or two but having carefully planned ”out of the ordinary” - executes require too much map control to be able to be pulled off consistently.
