you get 15day cooldown for grief reports, no matter how long u wait this goes down so slow, like if u wait 15 days it only brings down the next ban to 14 days so u have to wait a lot. if u get like 10 reports for griefing you get instantly banned mid game for griefing even tho u didnt grief at all, people tick all the boxes on report thing that s why
