My point is just that Yt is a really bad exemple of people exaggerating accent, especially on videos about accent when it is used to make an impression I don't recall personnally hearing a guy faking an accent to the point that I would know it, depend of your personnal experience once again, but his point about asian people "faking" an accent (when speaking english) is more of a "in rare cases" that is a "often" (I can't recall one even after having heard like a dozen of then speaking english)

I like forced accent from Chinese women in Hong Kong or Shanghai. I dont care about any other english accent I think.

Only ones I find annoying is people in England that try to sound like roadmen, I think it's mainly londoners but I'm sure there's people like that all over the country. They tried to make themselves sound like their tough or in a gang (imagine some of them are) but it blows my mind how people can actually talk like that. And there's obviously scousers which I don't think needs an explanation.

it's valid if youre actually from london as that's simply how many (not all) people talk normally, obviously it's clearly forced when people outside london try and act hard by putting on that accent.

probably grew up with it their whole life lol if its in lower income neighborhoods so its not as bad, maybe not so if its obviously straining their voice/exaggerated its really inexcusable though when its from like a rich person whos never grew up around that culture

In general I don't really care too much about peoples accents, but I do hate the LA/SoCal girl accent. A lot of girls there talk in this really slow inebriated-like way and it drives me nuts

Finnish people have generally the choice of speaking rally or american english. Most of us struggle to hide the rally english and it pops up here and there. We sometimes go full rally for humour purposes

I get it that you try to pronounce words as clearly as possible but for example, our HR lady cannot pronounce english fluently but still attempts a british accent and it comes off really forced and fake and it slightly irritates me. Bottom line being that speak like you do, dont try to larp as a brit or american. It's 10 times more worse than talking a mixture of your accent and proper english
