Even himself admit it already. They could won like 10 more tournaments in last 1,5 years if they had decent 5th player and not always play 4vs5. If you ever heard their podcast speaking during tournament, he doesn't even IGL: he let his starplayers do what they want, what is his contribution to team?

and hooxi actually calls, karrigan let in team voice his starplayers do their own decisions (and we can see that in game when everyone of them try found first player to kill etc)

What is your point? You said "Hooxi calls", but the way he calls is no different from karrigans, in modern CS literally all players have input during rounds. So is Hooxi a better igl because he has 0.02 rating better or is Karrigan better because Faze achieved more or?

What is Hooxi calling? At least looking at the matches there is no difference to Karrigan's "Let star players do their shit".
And this is actually the reason why both of the teams struggle so much even with those rosters. They rely too much on stars shooting head than having actual gameplan

It's not his responsibility to advance other people's careers. If FaZe and his teammates think he is a problem then they will kick him. It's not like he is holding FaZe hostage and saying that he won't leave, it's not his job to step down because of poor performance. Blame FaZe if you think he should be kicked, not the guy fulfilling his contract.

So who do you prefer to be in place of karrigan? (Don't even talk shit 'bout siuhy or smn like him, no one in FaZe will listen to 20y.o. boy. Team based on star players' individuals needs a honorable IGL with experience and trophies cause all game plan based on star players which letted to do anything they want to win.)

Of course they listen him because THEY ARE __KIDS__ compared to adult karrigan, who they think have authority in team.
They are still too young to challenge him and karrigan just want money, no matter how much FaZe and his teammates suffer that FaZe play ~85% time 4vs5.
They should take siuhy or nexa as IGL and sh1ro/axile/yekinder/BLAMEF as new entry.
They would won almost every tournament last ~1,5 years with that kind of talented lineup.
You just cannot give 4vs5 handicap in tier1 level CS like FaZe have done in last 1,5 years, just because karrigan want take f a t checks as long as he can and youngsters are too scared to say it to organization.

They wouldn't have the IGS without karrigan. He is an incredible IGL. Do FaZe lose maps bc karrigan is bottomfragging? Yes. Would they even get to playoffs without him calling? No.

They see a red marker next to karrigan's name in the stats and they "do the math". That's the extent of their efforts
A half decent IGL can push Faze to playoffs, nothing to be proud about if you are CurryGun
He is still a good caller, but yeah his fragging ability (or lack of it) really hurts the team. You should never have anyone get only 22 kills in basically 2 full games of Ancient where you even get to play full buy majority of rounds.
He does call in the team, but I think it's more of just calling which side to push on T side, rotations etc., but the players can do whatever plays they want outside of those calls.

7 players in that ancient game had more kills or same amount as karrigan did in the entire bo3, karrigan ended with 38 total in all 3 maps and the lowest kills in ancient besides karrigan was 35 only 3 less than his total. unacceptable

is that supposed to be a good thing? people absolutely do care because if stars werent showing up then it would have been a loss and would have been karrigans fault, this type of inconsistency is not sustainable
Karrigan is one of the most humble pros out there but even if he does "suck" in according to Karrigan's words, they still rely on his calling.
It's fine and dandy saying "replace him" but with whom? Obviously they need an available international IGL like Siuhy or somebody else.

the entire scene is having massive igl problems rn, and we should take into account that most of the best igl rn are quite old
the best teams currently (acc to the ranking):
1) apex who was absorbing massive amount of hate for questionable calling and trash fragging before the major, still uncertain if he can keep his fairly ok performance as he did in paris
2) Props to cadian, probably the only exception. Unlucky that his team likes to choke so much
3) G2 and Faze with old igls that mostly make their teams play 4v5 all the time (karrigan at least makes good calls sometimes, hooxi is mostly just a meme)
4) Navi with no proper igl, a year has passed and they still can't find a proper piece to fill the igling void
5) bottomfragging nafany with often questionable T side calling.

Exactly.
Non-IGL players or even players with some semblance of IGL experience are transitioning and helping with the calling strictly because of that very reason.
All of the pressure and the spotlight is on them to perform to the minimum or required standard, yet nobody says a word or bats an eyelid when the team wins and the K/D is arguably worse when said team has won, only focuses on the scoreline of the losses solely.
The OP can't just state willy-nilly to boot Karrigan, it is not that easy... even if I know that it's bait because of the OP.
In a team of that caliber u can't blame him and he shouldn't blame himself that hard for it.
Definitely costs them when he only has 6 kills and is free entry but people focus their game trying to make life harder for him than for anyone else.
Maybe try to support him more so the enemy can't abuse him.
Also people could try to swap positions if someone really struggles. I know players practice all the time in certain positions but I'm honestly wondering that it literally never happens. (not that I noticed)
Someone goes 2-12 on a bombsite that gets repeatedly pushed and teams seem to not even consider to reset by changing up positions for a few rounds at least.
Karrigan I know u got a bit of a slump but u got it in u. For sure u expect urself to be able to win every tournament. Twistzz gotta get back to earth. Seems like his head is in the clouds after Faze won the major
Faze won more events last year than any other team, including a major, plus they already won ESL pro league this year...

Karrigan is the GOAT of IGL's, so much that the only criticism that can get to him is only his own. What a legend.

good igl? have you ever even listened their podcast during live lan game:
he literally let his superstars do what they want (no leading pratically) and he cannot frag either, maybe 6-7 frags per map 80% of time.
To anyone asking, Karrigan can't move to coach because having 4 chances per match to speak your mind is too little. Also, he does a lot of bitch roles. Rather have bad frag but goat IGL than good fragger mid IGL (LMAO NAVI)
Of course, karrigan is throwing. Have you watched FaZe lately? I don't mind karrigan being a bot but he needs to understand that a bot can still be useful. He doesn't have to throw his life away within 15 seconds of the round. At least, set up a trade for his life. Just a mess of karrigan being sloppy and throw his life away for nothing.

I hope thats baiting or just stupid. And to say that karrigan doesn't even igl wtf man. Yeah fragging wise he is in a little slump. But he does so many great calls, important plays, the team fully trusts him . To think that you can switch him out with someone fragging more and they would win more that is just stupid.

Check stats, they got only 3 superstars, you can see it in stats
They cannot be top1 with 3vs5, in good day if rain performs and karrigan can get more than 10 frags per map, they can win events, but its unfair for broky, ropz and twistzz.
They need changes asap.
Shiuhy to new IGL (can also frag) and yekindar or somebody else as new entry.
