depends on the results. if you are a guy who mostly throws flashes, offers boosts and goes first in executes there is no way you'll have a high rating unless your team is winning a lot.

its not like there is 200 1.0+ rated players sitting on the bench somewhere waiting for a new home. everyone cant be in the hltv top 20. rating isnt everything either. just swapping a 0.8 to a 1.0 dosnt equal more wins...

I was gonna comment that hasteka's stats vs top 20 dont mean much because only 4 maps, then i looked at the rest of his stats and yeah, unless he is a t1 igl there's no excuse for teams to keep players with these stats

So many people don't seem to understand that rating is actually not that very good of a stat. You can read the formula and figure out for your self
