Yes, Sjuush is a great player, but he statistically has shown to perform worse in playoffs, and while CadiaN might not fulfill his shoes 100%, he'll get there like 80-90%, but Devve in CadiaN's AWP pos, will give like 150% output. Would definantly be worth the transfer, devve is a great player, far more capable than cadiaN as an AWP, brings experience, no ego, and would be the player who can carry.

I like the idea, but maybe in place for TeSeS? I feel CadiaN will do better in his more aggro role I find it, have it that he is already somewhat aggro, and sjuush is incredibly capable in his role.

I think -teses +device would be better yes cadian will have a lower rating but they will have a real star player instead of 3 above average players and 2 average players

I can agree to this but obviously it would've been similar to something like Na'Vi's period of dominance, nothing like the Astralis era. I can only put it down to nerves and the pressure of the biggest stages. :)

Their floor is massive though, in an era where the supposedly best teams in the world win one event and then go out in groupstages in the next one, Heroic are ALWAYS there in semis.

nah, they are just a very rare team in current meta - long standing core (cadian-stavn-teses), all players same nationality (only non international team in top5 as of today), great chemistry. this makes them the highest floor elite team. the problem is the ceiling as they have no real superstar - sure their B game is better than everyone else's but their A game can't be compared to what navi, faze or vitality showed when they won their biggest titles. even g2 in katowice, when they peaked. tldr: heroic are most stable and consistent team with highest floor but their ceiling is not high enough to dominate peaking teams and secure trophies.

they improved a lot after jabbi joined, i reckon its just extremely hard to stay on top of your game in 2023. lately i was feeling that the absence of HUNDEN might have a negative impact on their (anti) strats in the long run.

2 majors possibly + kato and smaller S tier, but that's assuming they win them all lol, would be generous when out of nowhere teams just decide to show form in this inconsistant time but they could get a major + IGS without a shadow of a doubt if they didn't have that playoff faultering.

I think it's arguable. Heroic favorites in - Rio major, if you want to count it, EPL quarters, where they managed to lose to navi, 50/50 in IEM Rio, 50/50 with vita in paris aswell. I'd argue a majority of the events where they went deep they were either favorites, or close to a 50/50 team. If they lost their blues I have no doubt they would win many.

Stavn is not good enough to carry that team on a bad day. Nobody is on that team. Thats why I think a clear era would be impossible for them for now before getting a superstar by growth or something else, even if they were not chokers.

Yes, but when is the right time? I think it's terrible for them that there's no 2nd major this year, it will miss them a lot of opportunity to miss it. When I think of when Heroic's downfall comes, is when CadiaN's numbers start dropping, and he's 27 already, so he might have a few years left, but I feel the team won't be the same without him so they should value their time heavily now.

Ok but doesn't change the fact cadiaN is 27, I think his style is what gives the team identity and he's a true passionate leader, you can't simply replace him and get the same results.
