Yo, welcome in my last fantasy thread in this season
Blast Spring Final is ahead of us and there will surely be many banger match-ups e.g. C9 vs G2 and surely Vita vs Imperial as well for Brazilian fans. Which players did you pick for this event?
Explaining my choices:
apEX - has got more into form recently, doesn't drop this many bot ratings so i guess might be good as a cheap option
dupreeh - also recent performance buff
rain - i believe this time FaZe will go further, that match vs ENCE was really close and showed what they're capable of and rain might just be a good and reliable entry here
Twistzz - not in a good shape currently, but he's capable of doing a lot of carry with ropz and broky and i just hope he'll be utilized well in-game by karrigan
m0nesy - match vs C9 will be crucial for him and for entire G2 to get into playoffs from higher bracket. Individually he's a beast, but NiKo and huNter have to deliver (and NOT choke) as well to make G2 successful here.

I thought about this but really want to take sjuush instead of Teses (1k short). Could also take Altekz instead of rain as he is 1k cheaper than rain.
finally some1 with a bit of hope for FaZe, padiaN got me 150 points in Dallas so that's a good choice as well

Imo ZywOo / sh1ro arent worth picking, they're so expensive. If their team doesn't step up and set them up for kills it never works, also you need to save a lot on remaining players. HooXi / karrigan so far so good, but it's not weird if they stomped their opponents so hard

Depends, Zywoo and Magisk there were not bad picks, cause when picking them, obviously they expected to stomp Imperial and farm the points, but it did not work out :D Same with me, I am a huge Niko fan, not a single Fantasy goes without him on my team if they are in the tournament, and most of the time I waste those 220k or whatever of Fantasy money, but maybe one day that will pay off :D

also your roles are kind of weird and you dont have any awper, for the next fantasies i recommend you to pick mostly support, IGL, AWP and perhaps multi fragger for padders.

Don't wanna be negative but picking Mouz was a pure fluke. I went for Ence+Heroic and got my top18. Everyone who picked Mouz just fluked

I didnt "pick mouz", i picked the low prize player who could go positive. Dexter was known to be fragging igl, recent form had been dogshit but he has some crazy games, like we saw in Dallas. Basically what Im hoping for is JT has 2 fluke matches where they lost, he ends up with 10 points and I am pretty happy about it
Btw, if Heroic would have won vs mouz, I would have 99 % won the whole thing (I had 2 Heroic players and the guy who won had 2 mouz players, + I was leading with 50 points without second semifinal

Many people are. I am playing against them. I feel G2 are underplayed, and Vitality overplayed card. Vitality just won a major, many team will try their damnest to antistrat and beat them. G2 has always the potential to go nuclear. Ofc its a risk, but you cant get top seedings in this game without taking risks.

I feel like even tho Vita are overpicked, it is a case of stomping on Brazilians and facing cloud9 by stomping them too and from now on - simply padding points

If Vita stomps then, even still its mostly Zywoo who does the stomping, and you cant get him into your team without having also at least 2 complete bots who will ruin any hopes for top placement. But we will see who was right, dont we? Or from a certain angle, we wont, its just a guessing game based on odds, the one with better luck can prevail
