Very good, i dont missbuy that often but i feel like there is no reason why this shoouldnt be a feature. I also like the 5weaspons of each category loadout tbh, now i can drop whiever m4 the other person is using at least

I don't see it making much difference. It's only for the guns you bought in the same round and only during the buy phase.

Really good update, the current state of penalizing misclicks before the round has even started is a bit silly. I would maybe add a restriction that refunding is not possible after leaving the buy area regardless of the remaining buy time.

i think it should be so as long as you haven't moved or shot/clicked anything you can refund until the buy time is up. It wouldn't do any harm to the other team (in fact it will be better for them since you are idle in spawn).

I was thinking a scenario like having a really good spawn and buying AWP to get a quick entry, and while getting there you hear the incoming utility knowing it will ruin the opportunity, there's still time to run back to spawn, get a refund and buy something else.

i don't like that. You should not be able to refund unless it's a missbuy in spawn imo. There's no need to complicate the game like that. It removes a lot of risk reward. I don't think this is in the spirit of CS.

This is such a simple idea and basic thinking to improve the play experience. I don't understand how everyone thinks its from valorant like its very unique thing. This "idea" has been around since 1.6 days, even I tried to make the plugin for my 1.6 server. And even if they get the inspiration from valorant, whats the problem? Valorant has copied all of the game from different games, including many of their skins they have.

Huge W change imo. No downsides to it imo. I don't know how many times i saw rounds restarted in pro cs matches because someone accidentally bought the Auto Sniper. That will be no issue in cs2.
