I had crocodile in Thailand, I've had cow tongue too. I'm almost 100% certain that I've eaten other stuff but I can't think of anything off the top of my head.
Edit: I ate a rabbit that I shot in my garden and butchered myself, and a pheasant that was shot by somebody else and died in my garden that I also butchered myself.

Crickets. One was chockolate coated, the other one was supposedly strawberry flavored. The chockolate one tasted good, it tasted like peanuts. But in the strawberry one, I could really taste the insect.
