I sometimes eat raw horse meat when i go on holidays, It depends where i am but i always eat it if i go to Hokkaido.

I had crocodile in Thailand, I've had cow tongue too. I'm almost 100% certain that I've eaten other stuff but I can't think of anything off the top of my head.
Edit: I ate a rabbit that I shot in my garden and butchered myself, and a pheasant that was shot by somebody else and died in my garden that I also butchered myself.

cows tongue is pretty common in my country, its made primarily in the oven where it gets a butterlike texture or cooked in a stew, dont know if its the right word in english but basicaly you make a sauce based on olive oil, onion and white wine and let it cook

Crickets. One was chockolate coated, the other one was supposedly strawberry flavored. The chockolate one tasted good, it tasted like peanuts. But in the strawberry one, I could really taste the insect.

Raw pork? That doesn't sound particularly smart because you can quite easily get parasites like Trichinella. I love steak tartare, not a fan of haggis personally. Maybe mine was just overly peppery.
