I had crocodile in Thailand, I've had cow tongue too. I'm almost 100% certain that I've eaten other stuff but I can't think of anything off the top of my head.
Edit: I ate a rabbit that I shot in my garden and butchered myself, and a pheasant that was shot by somebody else and died in my garden that I also butchered myself.

Snake, Snake blood and Snake venom mixed with alcohol in Taipei.
Crickets. One was chockolate coated, the other one was supposedly strawberry flavored. The chockolate one tasted good, it tasted like peanuts. But in the strawberry one, I could really taste the insect.
I've eaten bugs, cocoons, brains, testicals and some other stuff. I really like to taste different type of foods

-tripe of various animals as well as livers and kidneys
Probably forgetting some. I like to try new things and don’t really get grossed out cause “unconventional”. Really wanna try seal and whale in a country where it’s legal.
