not in-game, but when I was doing my aim routine for 30 minutes, my friend walked in and said that ''you drool, stick your tongue out, and never blink''. When his girlfriend walked in, she said that I was lost in the game :D That's how I have found out I have tongue concentration and noticed that I indeed don't blink as much as others

Actually one of the most common tics is the face contortion thing, some people have tourettes and dont even know it

Not really,, I just look really stupid because I need to focus. When people with Tourettes need to focus or are in a nervous situations their tics tend to be stronger and more frequent. But it doesn't effect my gameplay, I stream with cam open and sometimes people make fun of it, couldn't care less tho.. if you are interested in how it looks you may tell me and I will give you the twitch user name, don't want to use the forum as a tool to grow my stream.
