Like it depends, if you want to visit some good loking places go to Krakow you can visit Wieliczka as well its like 15km away from Krakow. There are so many good places to visit in the south of Poland but on the North its most likely just Baltic Sea

And Pierogi is the most popular food in Poland :)

Go for it, Stettin was one of the major cities of Pomerania, part of the Hanse and was heavily influenced by Trade around Scandinavian, German and Polish Traders. If you want to have a look at real polish culture/history go a bit further than pomerania and visit other polish cities like Poznan, Krakow or Warsaw. But just to try their food/ learn something about modern polish culture Sczeczin is fine.

Polish language sounds like Russian to me. Not sure though. Does Poland have Russian influence back in the day?
