device is actually a rifler from the beginning, he just picked up the awp back in the day because noone else on team was awping.
He's said in an interview a long time ago that he would like to go back to rifling if I remember correctly. Device as hybrid could work.
That said, I don't think this will ever happen.

Cadian is Heroic. So removing him is out of question.

My fear is that Cadian sucks with rifle and loses confidence and starts calling worse because of that
wasn't device originally a rifler before he eventually at some point went main AWP and secondary rifler?

Heroic's system is great and this is because of cadiaN's igling, so him leaving is out of question.
Now we would have cadiaN or device with rifle, and honestly that just seems like a mess to me. For cadiaN to rifle I think is even worse because it would change Heroic's dynamics.
I wouldnt ever -cadian/jabbi/stavn, so the only way it could still possibly work would be -TeSeS or -sjuush and device to rifle. Sjuush is an exceptional support, I think it would be too risky. Is it worth to -TeSeS and device to rifle? Honestly I dont know the answer.
Still, imo Heroic is the most solid team in the world rn, so I tend to think its not worth doing such changes.

yes but who to loose? Device will only play with awp. And cadian is good on awp. So the idea is good but cant se who should move.

I don't buy it. Astralis is not going to be able to do much with BlameF and gla1ve continuing to be on the roster.
The only player you can touch on Heroic is TeSeS - and I still wouldn't do that. sjuush is one of if not the best support players and clutchers in CSGO - and if you watch Heroic playercams during freezetime / tac timeouts, he's a big contributor with secondary/third calling
it could work but I think that device is sticking with his dear friend gla1ve at least for another year
