7600X is a tad faster than 13600K and a lot cheaper, and easier to cool off course. For budget builds the 12400F is slightly faster (same type of margin) than the 5600(X). But AM4 is a much better platform so I would still say go AMD there.
I haven't looked too much into intel because frankly AMD is so far ahead overall, but what intel processors would you say atm is the better buy?

13400F is almost equal to 7600x, more efficient and way cheaper.
All the way 13400F stomps 7600 or X version.

Btw, your sauce is the same guy that was licking AMD's ass back in 2020 when they released overpriced 5600x at least 1.8x price on 10600k that was almost equal performance-wise. Yep, your sauce is pretty much bullshit, don't trust this guy.

You are not wrong. AMD is for those who wants a good car like Audi A6 RS ( intel ) but can only afford a Volvo V40 ( AMD ). both is a car yes. Bot not in the same league :)

I would say that AMD for rich but clueless kids.
They think that they pay more for best product but they only dragging themselves into darkness and if they want to live in peace with product they bought they have to solve problems, overcome them and become smarter.
Intel is for those who had enough of this shit and smart enough to avoid all of that stuff from the start.

so cl 16 is the way to go for amd?
Dead end platform and the 5800x3d will only get more expensive if you plan to upgrade in the future, get z690+12400f and upgrade to a k cpu in the future.
z690 msi a pro is a good budget motherboard, z690 gigabyte gaming x aswell, both overclock well.
Also there is no risk in buying 2nd hand used non k cpu.

Upgrade path with am4:
Overpriced 2nd hand 5950x/5800x3d in 3-5 years cuz everyone has am4 and thinks the same, cpu itself prolly performs the same as 14400f oc with ddr4 3900c14, except for 30 year old games like csgo that fit into its cache.
5800X3D with some 3600mhz CL16 RAM is my recommendation for longevity if ur still going for the last gen AMD.

if you arent going to do overlock (X is better for oc), 0.2 ghz diff is not worth it i guess.
Just take 5600 and all good.
Go for Zen 4 instead.
5600x is just a slightly oc 5600, you can get the 5600 and do the OC yourself really.
X skus are never worth unless the price is really close. There is a reason AMD stopped making the normal ones for r7 and r9 - they were too close to X skus being almost the same stock performance and the same after tweaks while being much cheaper. Go for RAM with Micron's E-die and oc it to 3600-3800 depending on your SoC this will bring you more perf/$.
Save your money and get something decent don't cheap out games aren't going anywhere
if ur sticking to AMD make sure to buy a fire extinguisher too and keep it close
