Right now, start identifying your automatic thoughts. They are like, when you are nervous before an exam, thinking: "I will fail. Will go down miserably." Your automatic thoughts are based on your deep beliefs - they are the result of them. Track them by asking yourself: "What went through my head just now?"
Keep tracking them.

Then ask yourself: "What if they aren't true? What speaks otherwise?"
Open the fridge door.
Look at the food you are about to eat. Keep the door of the fridge open.
The automatic thoughts will come again flooding. Catch them (the thoughts). Catch them all. Then ask yourself: "What if those thoughts are based on my deep beliefs,that aren't 100% real? "
Keep the door of the fridge open.
"What speaks otherwise?" - against the impactful deception of your automatic thoughts.
Pick up the food. If you were able to challenge yourself and are sure you won't vomit - eat it. Contact psychologist asap.

Dunno really, it's okay I guess. Only thing I can really think of that's majorly affecting me is the cost of living, it's completely disgusting how high it is, and I make 14k a year so it's basically impossible for me to do or buy anything, which of course makes me wish I could live somewhere else, but honestly other than that it's okay I guess. Don't really have an opinion one way or the other, it's just okay.
