Players get small injuries like these all the time. It's just a cramp. Would be over in a day or two but he just gets it at the wrong times. His playstyle is perfectly fine

Make a joke. The "injury" seems fake as hell and the game is probably rigged. If Alcaraz really had a cramp, rather than force he had to abandon the match. The last 3 sets are fraudulent. EDIT: without the toilet break, I wouldn't say anything but the referee's assistant told something to the referee when Djokovic was back on the court.
