you should train just by hiking with a big backpack, and you can train your climbing skills too but I don't because Mont Blanc is not technical. And you should get a good cardio so any long sessions of low intensity cardio is good. 0 intervals
Personally I just do long bike rides and gym sessions mainly focusing on back and core because where i live hikes are too flat and i love cycling too much not to do it.
