have you guys sone tips get more healthy? i want to change my life around for the better. How did you guys stop eathing unhealty and drinking alchol and soda. Sorry for bad english

there is no easy way, it's all about willpower but since at first it's really hard you can try drinking non-sugar soda and just cut down on the alcohol and maybe use it as a reward for a healthy week (and ofc, if you do drink it like that, do it in moderation so you don't lose the progress you made over the week) and food what i did is i stopped buying shit that wasn't good for me. no unhealthy food at home means i can't eat it so it works out for me

the problem is unhetlhy food is made for addiction thats why so many people cant get out of this bc its like a drug all those carbs sugars and processed food. only way i´s to be strong and disciplined !

As for eating healthy, try to explore different food options. Say you like eating oranges a lot, then eat more oranges instead junk food. Also, cooking your own meals (if you don't already) will help a lot instead of eating out. Cooking your own meals you can control your portion sizes and choose what healthy food you like to cook/eat. Try eating foods that are satiating to control food binges. So for instance, potatoes or watermelon are extremely satiating and keep you full for longer. Eating a lot of protein also helps with this because it is more filling and the body uses more energy to digest protein. Also try eating foods that are low in calories that you can eat a lot of. So instead of eating normal egg pasta which is very calorie dense, you can try eating shirataki noodles (basically just clear water noodles) which you can eat a lot of without worrying about consuming too many calories. im pretty skinny ( healthy range of weight still ) all the time and i play a lot of football so im pretty fit overall but my bf usually stays around 15% which looks and feels pretty good but once in a while when i want to show off for a specific reasons i just starve ( as in huge calorie deficit ) and abs start appearing very fast but it makes me weak so i try my best to gain the weight back as soon as i dont need them anymore tldr : be pretty fit overall and starve for a few weeks when necessary

eat veggies. hunger is not only about calories and macros, its also (if not mainly) about micros such as electrolytes (potassium, magnesium in first place). teach yourself how to stir-fry veggies (broccoli, green beens, carrots, onions and as such) with minimum amount of oil and soy sauce. its yummy
