What does the roster lock actually even govern? A lot of teams do roster changes during the season anyway. Or is this just for the Fall Groups or whatever?

Yeah this roster lock in only for BLAST Groups. Teams can still do changes afterwards if they cant close their transfers in time, they'd have to use stand-ins though
