both players who need motivation and good atmosphere in order to function properly. s1mple will destroy both for them and thats why this lineup wont succeed. on paper they have good firepower but those 2 will not feel comfortable with someone rolling his eyes, shaking his head and saying "what u doing blyat" every 2 rounds and thus will play shit.

its first matches you can only expect s1mple to tilt more and get worse with time going on if they dont start winning fast. sooner or later it will affect jL aswell.

aleksib himself in all of his teams has a malding expression and i dont expect aleksi to be the madfragger anyway
i didnt even mention aleksi tho you said he doesnt need it.
jL plays well and iM role and positions are probably not finalized yet. iM has shown what he can do and they just need to figure out a way to get consistency from him.

iM has shown what he can do (in a good positive environment). dont underestimate how much this has impact on players, you can be a good player but if u have a shit atmosphere because of someone it will drag down the whole team and some players will get more affected by this than others.

The mental aspect of navi is really the weakest part of it.
Aleksib weakest trait is motivating and inspiring trust on his teammates, since he himself has a tendency to choke and tilt.
S1mple will kill the mood of everyone around him being the most toxic persona of tier 1.
So the two main personalities of the team are no example to be followed as personalities, thats really rough.

Players like iM definitely flourish in a comfortable setting. A well established team like gamerlegion was perfect for him. His teammates respected him and nobody on that team acted like a superstar that was carrying. I wish gamerlegion would have stayed together but it can never work out that way when a low tier org starts showing potential. They are always destroyed by offers that are too good for players to refuse
