I understand leaving NA for Electronic + Perfecto, maybe Frozen and another.
But Patsi and Rainwaker? And he legitimately thought he would igl them to consistent tier 1 trophies? This guy is delusional as fuck and ruined a top 5 team. Literally just switch nitr0 for anyone and give NAF Elige’s roles and you’re a top team.
I am genuinely sad seeing NAF in his last prime years drop 1.3 every game and lose.

You guys act like keeping elige was gonna make Liquid so much better, bro was consistently choking in big moments. Esl pro league 16 grand finals and both major runs they made with yekindar for example. give them a few months to work shit out. New igl and 2 new players doesnt typically hit the ground at 100%. what NA talent could they have gotten to keep their name, sounds like a bunch of delusional NA fans in denial that the scene isnt absolutely fried.

What is the point of staying in NA though, there is no talent to get better with. The only hope they had was to keep Elige and pick up an EU player that would hopefully stay in the long run. Most EU players that switch over to NA rosters never stay for long periods of time. My guess is if Liquid stayed NA Yekindar would’ve been leaving soon too. Obviously just my assumption but I don’t like that they left NA but I understand why.
