you can just buy a CSGO container which is like 1.80 and you are good to go (the minimum balance you can put in Steam is 5 euros i think though)

yes, you are getting decent case drops leveling up. dm and the rest count as well so you will get the drops once you upgrade your level. easiest and fastest is in matchmaking.

If you buy Prime, you will get drops. Sell those drops either on 3rd party, or on Steam market. If you sell on steam market you save up to buy some expensve skin, that you then sell on 3rd party and you get all the money you spent back
